Each kit contains everything you need to create your garland including:

• Easy to follow instructions

We suggest inflating the Balloons with air, using a hand pump. (Sold Separately) . No Helium Required.  

Wanting to add other colours? We sell individual 12cm Mini Balloons and 30cm (Standard Size) balloons in a broad range of colours from just 0.40c each.
