Directions:
- Fill with air using a balloon pump.
- Rub the balloon with your hand to create static then roll the confetti around inside the balloon for the static to take effect.
- In most cases the confetti will pool at the bottom of the balloon when filled with helium.
- If you rub the balloon a lot to create static you may get some confetti sticking to the inside of the balloon.
